Option to offer to save passwords turns off automatically

As soon as I close Brave Settings, the “Offer to save passwords” option gets automatically toggled off.
Is this a known issue?

Issue might be tied to at least one session cookie?

## Description Recently I lost all passwords from the browser, and decided to i…nstall Bitwarden browser extension for better security but Bitwarden came with its own issues and again decided to uninstall it. I upgraded to the latest version but these issues started to appear: 1. Offer to save password is on but does not work 2. Auto Sign-in is on but does not work as well 3.
