Option to force YouTube to use a specific resolution

I live in regional Australia where the internet speeds are not very good.

Every time YouTube attempts to play a 2160p or 1440p video, the video gets stuck in a loop of endless buffering, and all the apps on my iPad freeze.

Please add an option in settings which limits the maximum resolution YouTube is allowed to load. The user can set what resolution this is (360, 480, 720, etc).

This is an essential feature like me for people in countries or states with bad internet. But it’s also handy for people on limited plans who want to save mobile data when they’re out and about.
