Open xdg-open? for email inks always displayed

Description of the issue: Every time I click on an email link I get the pop up window below.Screenshot from 2021-04-07 11-34-37
How can this issue be reproduced? Click on any email link

  1. This happens over and over even on the same webpage. The settings do not save even for that particular URL.

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave): 88.0.4324.152

Additional Information: I’m running this on Manjaro, so 88 is the newest version.
