Is there a way to open links in a new focused tab, rather than in the background?

Android (ver 1.0.61)
Galaxy S9+

Press and Hold the link which you want to open in new focused tab. Then copy the link , open new tab and paste and go. As there is no option of your query. It can only be possible in PC or Laptop.
