Open link in split-view so that it replaces a page displayed in the other tab

When I don’t have a split-view set up yet, I can see “Open link in split view” in the context menu which will open the link in a new tab in split-view.

It would be great if we could also open a new link in split-view so that it replaces the currently open link in the other tab. Currently, the “Open link in split view” disappears from the context menu once the split-view started.

This would be very practical in case we had a list of links of some kind on one tab and we need to open those links quickly in the other tab (replacing existing content in that tab).

A good example could be this Brave community forum where I could open a list of topics in one tab and then just click (or some keyboard specifier+click) the topic and have it opened in the other tab in split view. This would resemble working with an email client and other “topic browsers” where this type of navigation is usual.
