"Open all" does not open all bookmarks in folder

Description of the issue: When right-clicking on a folder of bookmarks and selecting Open all, blank tabs are created. Each of the blank tabs is labeled Untitled and the URL displayed is about:blank. All of the bookmarks are valid, and I can successfully open each one by clicking directly on them one at a time. Only the Open all functionality doesn’t work.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Right click on any folder of bookmarks containing one or more bookmarks
  2. Select Open all (#)
  3. If the number of bookmarks in the folder (# above) is high, answer yes when prompted
  4. The correct number of tabs will open, but all are Untitled and blank with none of the web pages actually loading

Expected result: A tab should open for each bookmark in the folder and load that bookmark’s web page

One more piece of information… If I right click and select Open All (#) in Private window, it works! Any ideas?
