Open All Bookmarks recreating Tab Groups

1. Reopen saved Tab Groups
   On Bookmarks, you are already disabling the “Open All” button if it is not the last level in the tree. Just allow one level up too and create folder names as tab groups to reopen saved tab groups.
   Example:
   

   

2. Next level would be to allow even one more level up in the tree and open multiple windows with tab groups each inside.
