Description of the issue:
onscreen keyboard not triggered while searching on latest Ubuntu
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Open browser on Ubuntu desktop and try to type something in the input field for search or URL. The onscreen keyboard does not pop up while using browser. It opens up for other apps
