Only got 1.88 BAT when I was supposed to get 8.27 from december earnings

By watching ads in December, this 8th of January I was supposed to get 8.27 BAT but I only got 1.88. I want to know if this is something normal or not.
Using Windows 10 and 1.47.186 version of Brave right now.
I use a VPN.
My Brave Rewards Profile is currently verified with Uphold.
Something similar happened in October 2022, but not getting less BAT, just not receiving a Payment. (In October I was using Gemini, I changed to Uphold recently)
I have manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of my devices.
I am in a supported region.

No, not normal. Only reason generally would have gotten less is if you had auto-contribute on or you tipped someone. If this isn’t the case, then your best solution will be to create a Rewards Support Ticket at to someone from Brave can investigate with you. Do keep in mind they work on tickets in the order they are received and it can take time to handle. Ideally they try to get back to you within 3-5 business days.

If you get a ticket created, it can be helpful to reply here with your ticket number, that way if one of the Support agents see your topic here, they might be able to pull it up if they have a spare moment to try to resolve.

@max_lemmon Oh wow, ok. I’ll tag @Evan123 and @SaltyBanana in hopes they can see this tomorrow. In the meanwhile, if you haven’t already done so, make sure to try to check your Junk/Spam folders as sometimes Support responses get stuck there. Either way, they should follow-up here before too long.

I don’t know why but I can’t see it, maybe it’s a problem with the email I use. Is there any form of knowing what email they have responded to? It’s because when I sent the ticket the bot sent me the email saying that the request was received and now I don’t see any new support email.

Can I create another ticket with different email? I can’t see the response, It’s not in junk, spam or inbox.
