Onion service autentication don't run

I’ve tried with OnionShare to make a simple site with private key.
The TorBrowser ask for the key but Brave retun a simple unreachable site ERR_SOCKS_CONNECTION_FAILED

Can you say more about how to reproduce this problem? I’m not familiar with OnionShare.

I ran a static page site on onionshare just for research. Unlike you, my site was available for public without the need of private key.

Does the error occur after inputting the key or before the key verification pop-up. Or it does not even ask for key itself and errors out.
