One Time Legacy Transfer from iOs to Desktop App not even an option

Description of the issue:
When clicking the Brave triangle, I do not see the legacy option.

Expected result:
I am expecting to see the QR reader so that I can scan my funds over to my browser. I cannot confirm that the two profiles are the the same brave profile. Is there a way that I can do this? I realize this may be why the option is not there.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.23.1 (21.2.24.16)

When did you first install Brave/opt into Brave Rewards on your device?

I’ve had Brave on all of my devices for years.
