Nvidia DSR compatibility issue

Description of the issue:
Images do not match audio and theres a noticable delay, and a moment where it appears to be catching up, but then slows down again. Also, flickering in the browser happens a lot, mostly when using video.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Accelerated hardware in Nvidia Control Panel
  2. DSR enabled in Nvidia Control Panel
  3. Opening any video on Youtube.

Video works perfectly in other browsers.

Thank you for reaching us and Iā€™m sorry to hear you are going through this. Please try In Private mode or Guest Window to see if the behavior persist . If that works, try disabling your extensions to see if this is the cause of the issue.

  1. On your computer, open Brave.
  2. At the top right, click Menu ā†’ More tools ā†’ Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

Additionally, try going to brave://flags > Search 'Vulkan' > Disable Vulkan > Retest
