As of now Brave Browser ,doesnot have any system based controls over the notifications to be displayed .
need to include enable toggle on system based -Notification & Actions settings
I don’t quite understand what your problem is about.
What do you want to have control over? What device are you on?
Do you want to be able to set which ads you see or when you see them?
