NOTICE: Changes to Community Direct Messaging

Dear Community,

In an effort to increase overall security of the Community Support website, we’ve implemented a change such that only Brave Employees and site moderators (appointed by Brave Employees directly) will have the ability to initiate user-to-user direct messages moving forward.

Note that if a Brave employee believes that a DM between us and a user is necessary (perhaps to discuss an issue that may involve some sensitive information), we will initiate the conversation with the user.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance in helping keep this Community safe from scammers and bad actors.
