Not receving rewards for 2 months while seeing a message 'Congrats! Your January rewards have arrived!'

I am not getting my rewards for 2 months already. I keep seeing the ads, I now see the second message of ‘Congrats! Your January rewards have arrived!’, but they never arrive after November. I previously had this issue cause of work VPN which I am obliged to use, and admins have fixed that for me. Now this seems to be similar thing. Will I ever get the rewards?
