Not receiving rewards macbook pro Catalina 10.17.5

Hello, I haven’t been receiving rewards for the past few months. I use Surshark as my VPN and I know VPNs can interfere with the rewards.
However, even with the VPN disabled I’m still not receiving the rewards despite getting ads.

On a Macbook Pro running Catalina 10.17.5
