Not receiving my BAT tokens into Uphold since 2 months

Briefly describe your issue:

I got the "Claim your ad earnings now!” in my 3 browsers and the “Congrats, your earnings have arrived!” (I use 2 computers and a phone) but they won’t appear in Uphold. I’m verified on Uphold.

YES, but it is not the first time it stops working.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Rarely, and only on one of the 3 devices.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?

Your best bet will be to create a Rewards Support Ticket just so they know you’re having an issue. They’ll investigate and will help when possible. Usually they tend to try to respond within 3-5 business days, but with holidays coming up it’s possible to have a bit of a bigger delay.

Main thing to remember is once you create that support ticket, it will send a confirmation email to you with your ticket number. Hold onto that in case you need to reference the ticket number. After that, all contact should occur through your email, so keep an eye out there. Especially make sure you check your spam and junk folders, as sometimes support messages can get stuck there.
