Not receiving BAT rewards since last year

Briefly describe your issue:

I have been having alot of problems with receiving BAT rewards since August 5th 2023 and not received nothing since considering my rewards are nearly 2/3BATS each month on my mobile. I do get disconnected constantly when using a VPN (NordVPN) which is quite frustrating.
I have to always disconnect my VPN just to reconnect to the Uphold account through Brave browser.

I have lost quite alot without realising and its unfair that i receive adds but never receive nothing for months.
