Not receiving any BAT in 1 browser

I’m getting BAT in one of my PCs but not in the other.

Windows 10 on both, latest Brave version (1.37.116). I’ve successfully received payments on one of my PCs, and I’m not using a VPN on neither. Auto-contribute is turned off.

How should I proceed?
