I haven’t received any ads on my Brave browser since the 10th November.
Today, I’ve reset my wallet hoping the issue would be solved but to no avail.

No, I have no external wallet associated with the browser. I do have a wallet created here on the brave browser which I would like to use.

Yes but with an external wallet associated. Currently I do not have any external wallet associated with the Brave browser.
