Not receiving ads for more than a month

I went through the different topics on the same matter on this community website and could not find a solution.

About a month ago, ads notifications simply stopped popping.

  • Ads are enabled, I can see that from the braves://rewards-internal section.
  • I have ads serving my region, I can see that from the transparency page.
  • I never toggle ads on and off

Maybe one more indication: I’m a constant VPN user (I stay in the same region, but I use a VPN to hid my IP). Been on VPN for about a year and I was still receiving ads. I also tried to disable it for a few hours, just to see if ads would come back and it did not work.

Any help would be really appreciated.
