Not receiving a single Ad in Brave for the past 30 days. I am using Windows 10 OS and operating from US.

I am getting this error. I have not gotten an add in 30 days either

Failed to read file: C:\Users\Hed\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default\ads_service\notifications.json

I looked for the file but it was not there.
