It depends on the who tipped. If the user had an Uphold wallet and so did you, you should see them. If the user that tipped had no Uphold wallet, then they will get settled end of the month; you should however see them in your dashboard. Key#1 is to verify the tips went through – ask for images in the Tips section under brave://rewards and you will know if they went through.
