Not payments to users in October

Hello!
I am from the list of 5 countries that Brave no longer works with.
I still have unpaid BAT tokens on my account, but in October they did not come to the Uphold wallet.

When will they be paid?

I know that there are still people from the forum who did not receive BAT and they live in 5 countries from the list. And before that there were delays in payments for two months! It is very sad.

May - paid
June - paid
July - not paid
August - not paid
September - paid
October - not paid

Will we receive earned BAT in November?
