Not payment tokens

we downloaded brave we used it, we didn’t receive the tokens no one helps call support they want to know which version of windows we use lol joke?
I just wanted to receive my tokens, everything was falling in the uphold, now nothing is falling, there is no transparency as to where the tokens we gained went.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)

Who is your verified custodian? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer)

Are you in a supported region? (see here for list of supported regions)

No, very important. Because if you are using older versions like Windows 7, then you can’t use Rewards. Also important is to make sure you are using current versions of Brave, that you are in a supported country, you are verified with a custodial partner, etc.

If you’re connected to Uphold, it would go to you. If it didn’t go through, then you usually are suggested to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 and either they find out what went wrong and help or they let you know that you’re flagged/suspended and this is why you did not receive payments. If they don’t remove the flag, it means you would not be able to earn anymore for the future either.

Support block ur account for rewards. I have the same. Nice support. F*uck this browser. I delete it.
