Not getting any ads

I’ve been using Brave for a while now, but since a couple of weeks ago I am not getting ads anymore.

I mentioned this in another post I created about other issues, but this wasn’t addressed by whoever helped me, which is kind of annoying.

Is there away to fix this? I am in the US.

Thanks send a screenshot after visiting the site

What computer are you using? IE: Windows, Mac ?

@renacaceres Could you please check catalog file. If catalog gets downloaded then you should be able to see ads. If it’s empty then someting is wrong with settings.
Enter the URL in URL bar and see whether catalog file gets downloaded or not.
Please revert back after checking catalog.

here it goes

I didn’t see any download happening. I just uploaded the screenshot

your screenshot is correct @renacaceres. @gsarvadnya similar is happening to friends I have in UK

Version 0.72.33 Chromium: 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)

That’s exactly what @Dgenies wrote :point_up_2:t4:

@renacaceres I am able to reproduce the issue, Verified both 0.72.33 and 0.72.37 in both versions ads are not served to user eventhough catalog is full. Could you please use the stable release version 0.68.139. Meanwhile I will report the issue to ads team.

running fedora 30 and Version 0.68.138 Chromium: 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) (64-bit) getting the same issue

@leoc Ads are shown in both 0.68.138 and 0.68.139 versions, tested in Windows platform. Not sure about fedora. Can you please send me a catalog file

@leoc Ah! catalog file which you shared in the screenshot is empty. That’s the reason you’re not able to see ads. Could you please let us know which country you live in?

getting something similar, some lines are different but no getting a file.

Colombia, not sure how it works.

@leoc Ads are served based on the IP+Locale. As of now, you’re not able to view ads because ads are not supported for Colombia. Recently Colombia is added to the list of ads supported country. But, it’s still in development. You would need to wait for upcoming releases.

Where do I find this version?

Thank you so much @gsarvadnya

@renacaceres Please install the stable latest released version from
