@renacaceres Could you please check catalog file. If catalog gets downloaded then you should be able to see ads. If it’s empty then someting is wrong with settings.
Enter the URL https://ads-serve.bravesoftware.com/v1/catalog in URL bar and see whether catalog file gets downloaded or not.
Please revert back after checking catalog.
@renacaceres Apologies, I meant whether catalog is full or empty not download. The above screenshot shows the full catalog. Could you please share the brave version and platform details so that i can check it out from my end.
@renacaceres I am able to reproduce the issue, Verified both 0.72.33 and 0.72.37 in both versions ads are not served to user eventhough catalog is full. Could you please use the stable release version 0.68.139. Meanwhile I will report the issue to ads team.
@leoc Ads are shown in both 0.68.138 and 0.68.139 versions, tested in Windows platform. Not sure about fedora. Can you please send me a catalog file https://ads-serve.brave.com/v1/catalog?
@leoc Ah! catalog file which you shared in the screenshot is empty. That’s the reason you’re not able to see ads. Could you please let us know which country you live in?
@leoc Ads are served based on the IP+Locale. As of now, you’re not able to view ads because ads are not supported for Colombia. Recently Colombia is added to the list of ads supported country. But, it’s still in development. You would need to wait for upcoming releases.
