Not Creadit My Ad Baalance

Dear,
When I Click Claim Option For Withdraw Ad View Balance But Show Proccessing From 5 Hrs, & When I Close My Browser After 5 Hrs Then Show 0 Balance in My Wallet.
All Lose My April Ad View Income.
Please Fix The Problem.
