Having a similar issue as other users. Do not know the exact date but have not been accruing ad rewards on my desktop computer for at least few months now. Not an issue of payout but receiving rewards in general.
Browser: Version 1.34.81 Chromium: 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (x86_64)
OS: Monterey 12.1
VPN: Yes, but never outside of the US. Have disabled usage for a month but did not make a difference.
