I have not been able to login to Brave Creators (https://creators.brave.com/log-in) for about one year. When I try logging in, I don’t get the email. An email is provided for queries, which I have emailed five times. No reply has been received. The email doesn’t go to spam and I have whitelisted Brave’s domains in my email settings. I’ve also posted on here the same question before.
I still get payments, which are sent to Uphold. The only possibility I can think of that is not some kind of issue with BAT’s systems, is that I may have changed the email address for the account and not noted it down. However, I can see multiple references to people with this same problem.
The email I think is attached to the account, or at least originally was fits the pattern .@*.rs
