Not able to link my device to the brave wallet

Briefly describe your issue:
All of my slots are already got taken away by the devices I don’t have the hold of right now.
Can you please reset my slots because I don’t have access to any of the device that had my wallet linked.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, In my previous devices

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
