Not able to develop Sign-In With Google without Third-Party Cookies Legacy Prompt

This article from your blog post titled “Google Sign-In” Permission has a line that claims the following:

If the website already uses the new Google Identity Services for Web solution which doesn’t use third-party cookies for signing in, there’s no change.

However, this SDK still uses third-party cookies and thus still triggers the third-party cookies legacy prompt.

Is the claim in the article false or is there another Google authentication method that is recommended? Thanks.
