Not able to chat with Support.Norton.com website

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I goto support.norton.com
  2. scroll to the bottom to click “Contact Us”
  3. Click on the “Chat Now” link
  4. then click “my issue isn’t listed above” link
  5. fill out form and then click “Save & Continue” link
  6. The next page is the Chat with Norton Support that also will show your case number. This is also the page where you actually click on the “Chat Now” link to chat with an agent.
    This is where something is wrong. After clicking on this Chat Now link, nothing happens… no error message… nothing happens.
    What should happen is the actual chat window would open. I am able to do this successfully using the Microsoft Edge browser.

Can you try testing this with Shields down for the site and tell me if you get the same results?

May help here. give it 24-48hrs. Though it wanted me to sign-in (which I don’t have a login)

Same result… still not able to get the chat window. Nothing happens after clicking the “Chat Now” link.
