Non-payment for the months of November and December

The accumulation of the BATs is normal until the closing and the accumulated amount is supposed to go to our pre-selected account. Of which in the month of November I did not receive the corresponding BATs nor in the month of December, not receiving in my selected account. I need your help to solve this inconvenience and to be able to continue sailing with peace of mind.
