Description of the issue:
I’ve got 7 notifications on the little BAT logo. I cannot find what they are, or how to get rid of them. It’s been like this for some time, but it’s bothering me that I can’t figure out how to dismiss them.

Unsure. I’ve been using brave since way back when we had to “accept” our tokens at the end of the month. I imagine these are phantom notifications from way back then that I failed to dismiss prior the cutover.

I should be able to dismiss the notifications.
Reproduces how often:
It’s just on my laptop. Don’t have this issue on synced browsers on my phone.

Additional Information:
I think I can probably fix this by nuking the browser from the computer and re-installing, but I don’t want to lose all my stuff. There’s probably a way to back it up and move it over, but I’d like to avoid this if possible. Also, I found this git issue that appears to be exactly what I’m experiencing. It’s listed as “fixed”, though, so I’m unsure.
