No tick sign showing to collect monthly rewards payout

Briefly describe your issue: When monthly rewards arrive there’s a tick sign to collect rewards. I have monthly rewards to collect but I can’t as there’s no tick sign showing up. But I do have available rewards to collect as it says “1” on the rewards icon.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Android 12 Brave version - 1.41.100
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) No

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? Yes

Hi and welcome to the community. Linked a notice from Brave support staff that probably applies to your situation. Rewards payouts were paused but are processing again. Just give it some time. Also, make sure you are updated to the latest Brave version. Version 1.42.86 is the current release for Android (CHANGELOG_ANDROID.md).

UPDATE: Both of the issues stated below should now be resolved. If you were affected by this issue, you should now see new claims appear and these new claims should go through without error. If you have not yet seen a new claim option available, please be patient as it may take a bit for these new claims to go out to all users.
