When opening the Brave browser (and all through its use,) there is no evidence of the 3 horizontal
line icon on the right side of the address bar to select for printing purposes.
There is a horizontal 3 dot icon to select VPN, Settings, History, Bookmarks and Downloads.
Using Brave version 1.22.2 and IOS 12.5.1 (latest for Ipad Air original version.)
The icon is available on my Windows 10 desktop computer.
