Brave is my main browser, windows, mac os and ios but that’s the only one that won’t load all my online banking features or places that i can go in when I’m online inside my bank:

Example: i can logging into my bank and view my balance, statements, but that’s pretty much it, whenever i want to go to send a wire transfer, go to settings, or try to open a notification it sends me a message that says, " NO SE PUEDE TENER MAS DE UNA INSTANCIA ABIERTA"…Meaning YOU CAN’T HAVE MORE THAN ONE SESSION OPENED. But that’s the only one session I’m in, and actually i can go back and still can check my balance and do a few more stuff but very limited.

This issue is the same on my windows pc and my MacBook pro, no other browser gives me that trouble.

I’ve tried uninstalling brave, reinstalling it and it’s the same.

Hello there @nauj, please accept my apologies for this issue. Could you please try opening your main profile in private or guest mode to see if the pages load? If they do load, try disabling your extensions to see if this is the cause of the issue.

You can open a Guest Window by going to Main menu → Open Guest window:

1. On your computer, open Brave.
2. At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
4. Confirm by clicking Remove.
