No rewards since last month on 1 of 4 devices

I didn’t receive payout from 1 out of 4 devices last month. I’ve complained about that a week ago and ever since I’m not getting rewards for any ads that I get as well:

Wallet verified on 05/13/2021

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

I had the same problem. In my case it was a Joystick in one of the USB-Ports which affected the rewards system. If you have plugged devices in your USB-Ports try to disconnect them and look if you then receive ads again.

That won’t be the reason in my case. Because, I haven’t plugged any kind of device in my USB port for over a year.
