No Rewards Since January / Failed to migrate rewards state

Ads counter not incrementing, no Rewards since early Jan.

  1. Rewards Summary appear frozen since the January payout (note the Feb 7 Next Payment Date below, it’s now March 16).

  2. No new ad notifications occur, only the new tab background image ads.

the exact same thing is happening to me from my android device

You should send a DM with your wallet payment id found at brave://rewards-internals. Do not post you wallet id!

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon (or tag) and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.

Yep, did this based on reading other threads.

Side note, it was only as an adult that I was able to appreciate dark chocolate. Now, I prefer it and even usually pass on milk chocolate.

I had given up there didn’t seem to be any response to the various threads and DMs where folks haven’t received rewards since January. Seems like others in the same boat.

I uninstalled Brave and reinstalled, looks like I’m seeing ads again. I’ll update when the next payout happens.

Downside is that I’ve lost all that I “earned” for the months where Rewards weren’t working.

Sorry to hear that. There have been many issues with Rewards over the last few months. Hopefully, Brave can get all the issues fixed and Rewards will work as intended. Keeping my fingers crossed for both of us!
