No payouts to Gemini/Uphold for months

I haven’t received a rewards payout for months.

I’ve disconnected and reconnected wallet multiple times. Left Gemini connected for a few months, left Uphold connected for a few months. No payout received since August 2021.

What is going on here? I had the same issue last year but posting on here a tech resolved it and received one payout. Again none since.
