My last payout was in 2023. I have earned rewards every month but the payouts are always zero.

Great question! I finally decided to investigate. I did not realize how long ago it was that I received a payout. I just sent the ticket yesterday so we will see…
My account was fixed, however I will only begin earning at the time it was fixed. Lesson learned.
