No payouts for October, wallet statements empty

Hi,

I have again problems with my wallet. The statements show all zeros across the previous months. I’m aware that payments are processing for October right now, but shouldn’t the statements at least show previous numbers?

This problem is still not fixed. I haven’t received my November payout yet.

It’s the same trouble for me. Is there a trouble, my wallet is still empty. Is it a scam ?

I have the same issue that you do. I’m not receiving any answer so I got tired of it and I decided to reinstall brave. Still, I get the same this month… in the end of the month, the bats are just cleared. I’m opening ads for nothing,. it’s very frustrating.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
