i dont see my pament in uphold for last month,uphold says to ask brave community.

I have written there, the first ticket was closed but it had not been solved yet, so I had to write a 2nd follow-up ticket to report that the problem continues.
I have not received the BAT for September and October.
Twice in a row with the same problem.
In the tickets I explain it in more detail and screenshots.
