The last payment date was September 13, meaning no payment from September rewards in October and no October rewards payment in November, we are real close to December and I think there will be no payment either, I have a missing payment before send a ticket and nothing, no answer no payment nothing. It would be nice to have an answer and better yet the missing payments. I’m using Uphold as Custodian.
I’ts funny how browser show us messages like “your rewards are” or “payment complete this month” but is nothing like that. Can somebody tell what’s going on? Or maybe something like if your reward is over x you will not receive any reward. (Because everytime rewards are over 0.6 are missing). There will be nice too, to have a control and show us the transaction hash. It’s funny use “crypto” rewards an avoid use a confirmation way to check if reward was send, lost or what, because no one knows where the money goes.
If you created a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 then you should have received replies via the email you provided. If you are saying you completed a ticket and never got a response, it would be helpful if you can share your ticket number.
If your Rewards profile is connected to a custodial account and you’re not getting payments, then it’s likely your account has been flagged (suspended). Brave doesn’t give any notices and people tend to only find out after they submit a support ticket for missing payments.
If not flagged and it’s some other issue, they would push the payment through and see what they can do to help.
If flagged and they reinstate your account, then you’ll at most get one payment which would have been the one you would have received in October…at least for whatever you earned before getting flagged. The assumption is if flagged it probably happened sometime in September based on what you have said.
