There’s sections there with troubleshooting steps and all. Like if you’ve been using VPN it can be a problem, as your Locale, IP Address, and Brave Ads Locale all have to match with each other. Also making sure things like Focus Assist is off and you’re permitting Brave to serve ads. Just lots of little things.
But if you can contact them via a Message (DM) it will serve to create a service ticket so they can help you. Also FYI, try not to share things like your Wallet ID publicly. While it may not immediately cause issues, it is just better for privacy and security that it be shared as little as possible.
