No Monitor of audio source selection for microphone

Description of the issue:
Is there a way to allow the browser to find the "Monitor of ? In Firefox if you select microphone that is an option (see attachment)

This option allows what ever you are broadcasting to, to hear all audio from your desktop

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
1 Open browser to site needing microphone
2 Select microphone no option

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
No microphone option

Expected result:
Should be able to implement “monitor” selection

Reproduces how often:

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Linux & Windows [Version 1.35.100 Chromium: 98.0.4758.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
I am sure this is a Chrome core issue as it looks like this does not work across any of the Chromium based browsers, but was not sure if this could or can be implemented.

GitHub is sort of a software foundry and machine shop, where Brave software gets worked on.

The following GitHub web page may interest – it is a list of issues that have the word “monitor” in their issue titles.
