No longer able to 'login' to URL members account with Brave

Sorry… Not a technically ‘astute’ senior… I am no longer able (HP Laptop running Windows 8) to login (with shields either ‘on’ or ‘off’) to my ‘dashboard’ which I had previously been able to do so … I can with Chrome… I can with my iPhone… The Chris Sajnog ‘help-desk’ was able to login-to/access my member dashboard…

Thanks for trying to help… That didn’t work… However, I was able to log-on to my by opening a Brave Private Window using Duck-Duck-Go…

I don’t understand what changed and why I was able to access my dashboard before without having to open a Private Window to do so…


Can you try clearing your cache/site data for the site? Click the “lock” icon, then Site settings --> Clear data. Close/relaunch the browser, then try to login again.

Can you please provide a little more detail surrounding your issue? What exactly happens when you try to login to the site?
