Sorry… Not a technically ‘astute’ senior… I am no longer able (HP Laptop running Windows 8) to login (with shields either ‘on’ or ‘off’) to my https://members.chrissajnog.com ‘dashboard’ which I had previously been able to do so … I can with Chrome… I can with my iPhone… The Chris Sajnog ‘help-desk’ was able to login-to/access my member dashboard…

I don’t understand what changed and why I was able to access my dashboard before without having to open a Private Window to do so…

Can you try clearing your cache/site data for the site? Click the “lock” icon, then Site settings --> Clear data. Close/relaunch the browser, then try to login again.
