Description of the issue:
I use DVR agent to capture ip cam video stream on 127.0.0.1:8090.
This was working for a while.
This work in other browser (Vivaldi)
When opening the stream, the camera view appears then close with the message No local ICE (browser bug) Retry can fix this
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I tried several times after clearing the cache, deactivating the installed plugins.
It worked fine before.
