“No internet connection” bar showing on top, but brave is working fine

Description of the issue:

“No internet Connection” bar on top when toggling to mobile data. Everything in Brave works fine. I can do searches, watch videos, go into websites etc. but the bar on top never goes away. Unless I switch back to wifi again. Re switching to mobile data shows it again.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Turn on mobile data
  2. Open Brave

Or

  1. Turn on wifi
  2. Open Brave
  3. Switch to mobile data

Expected result:

There shouldn’t be any pop up like wifi as there’s no network issue on my mobile & all the function on brave works fine. But the bar never wents away if you’re not on wifi
