I had 2+ BAT in October and I never had the “Claim” avaible so they simply disappear. Can you check what happened please?
I don’t have a wallet linked because I’m with the “max devices reached” issue, I’m waiting for that to be fixed.
Not sure on the missing BAT, but you can now remove 1 device on Uphold with this. Unable to re-verify wallet - #118 by Mattches

@steeven Hey, I have the same problem as well, I never received any BATs from October and I had around 1.7-1.9 BAT, nor the notification to claim my BAT or nothing. Would It be possible to fix this somehow?
